Where is North Miami Mini Stor-It located?
Our facility is located at 1301 NE 119th Street, Miami, FL 33161.
What are the office and access hours?
Office hours are 7 days a week between 9 AM to 6 PM.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Bring your own lock if you choose or purchase a lock at the office.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable items, perishables, or toxic items. Contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice before you move out. During lease signing our staff will go over the process.
What type of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must have a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Am I required to sign a long-term lease?
Unless you request otherwise, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How do I gain access to my unit?
At the time of signing, you will be given a personal passcode for access.

How do I make a payment?
Simply pay your monthly storage bill online via our website, in person at the office, or by mail, check or money order. You may also sign up for autopay and your bill will be deducted from your Visa or MasterCard monthly.

How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Feel free to use our storage calculator or call to speak with a manager for assistance. Be sure to have an idea of the items you intend to store.
